New to Personal Development

Hello and I am new to your group and I know that I will learn alot from all of you and hope to be able to share some great things also.  I am now in a time in my life that I know that I need to grow up.  Yes today I am 30 and it is time to share in some great things that God has for my life and I am now ready to accept to be 30.  Ok I now need to be able to join the ranks of the adult world.  Yes I am married and have two children a 5yo and a 6yo, so I am not a kid but I need to learn how to act in the adult world.  I also have a business and need to do something with it.  I need to learn some things and hope to learn from this group.
