Good Morning
Well today is April 29 2008 and I am still working on my health and wellness Journey. It took a lot of time to decide to do this but now im happy I did as I watch the weight drop off and I can feel myself getting stronger. I can also feel my mood level is much better. So todays goal is to lift weights for a half hour. It helps me to be accountable so read later and I will let you know if I was able to reach my goal. I will tell you it will be hard today I am starting to get a cold and its kicking my butt. Well I will let you know this evening. If anyone is willing to join me send me a comment and we can work out a health and wellness plan together.
